Spring scholarship payments:

A fall transcript showing classes completed, GPA credit hours toward the GPA, a spring class schedule along with a January UBill must be submitted to the Foundation prior to payments for the spring semester. The class schedule must show a minimum of 12 credit hours (class hours computed into the GPA).  Payments will be limited to the lower of the award or the Ubill amount, no exceptions.  Please work with your institution to ensure loans are not applied prior to the final bill or the institution holds aside the payment of this scholarship prior to the final amount due. 

Payments to colleges and universities will start January 13, 2025 once the documents are received, reviewed and approved.  If there are special requirements to the payments to these institutions, please provide detail steps to follow.

2025-26 Applications:
 
2025-26 High School and Music Scholarship applications will be available in early February and are due April 15  

2025-26 College student scholarship and renewal scholarship applications will be available early March are due June 30

Award winners must qualify each semester for future payments according the the scholarship requirements.
